New Mediterranean service announced at Manchester Airport
Independent tour operator Sardatur Holidays is set to launch new services from Manchester Airport this summer.
From July 9, the firm will operate weekly flights between Manchester and the Italian island of Sardinia, with both Cagliari and Olbia available as destinations to North West holidaymakers and business travellers.
Manchester Airport’s head of marketing, Patrick Alexander, said: “I’m delighted to be able to welcome Sardatur Holidays to Manchester Airport.
“We are confident that its fantastic packages to Sardinia will prove hugely popular with the 22m people in our catchment area.”
Sardatur Holidays also operates from London Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
The company’s managing director, Gianni Bonuglia, commented: “It’s a pleasure to launch our Sardinian offering from Manchester Airport for Summer 2016.
“Sardinia is one of the most beautiful islands in the world to explore and enjoy.
Gianni continued: “We offer fantastic service and have teamed up with some of the best hotels in Sardinia to offer an incredible array of package holidays, as well as tailor made holidays, for people to make the most of the island.”
