Leeds Rhinos to benefit from new deal with global brand Jacuzzi®

Jacuzzi®, the global manufacturer of hot tubs and hydro massage products, has bene announced as the newest associate club sponsor for reigning Super League Champions, Leeds Rhinos.

Jacuzzi®’s UK flagship showroom is based just outside of Leeds city centre and the international hot tub brand will begin its sponsorship with the Rhinos from the start of the 2016 season next month.

The partnership showcases the synergy between sports and hydro massage products, as Jacuzzi’s hot tubs will be used by the players under the direction of the Rhinos physiotherapy team as part of their training and recovery programme.

Hydrotherapy and the use of changing water temperatures and pressures is a common practise for champion sports stars, such as the Leeds Rhinos, in order to keep their bodies in peak physical condition.

Each Jacuzzi® product is specially designed to alleviate muscle tension and aches often experienced by athletes during their rigorous training regimes.

Speaking about his recovery routine, Rhinos player Ryan Hall said: “Unwinding in a Jacuzzi® is often the best moment of my day after a tough training session with the boys. The jets in the tub help prevent my back from becoming sore, which helps to keep me on top form.”

Rob Oates, commercial director at Leeds Rhinos, added: “Many of our players are already fans of Jacuzzi® and with the brand’s UK flagship showroom being based in Leeds, it made sense for us to team up. We’re looking forward to working with such a big global brand throughout the season!”
