London property developer Regal Homes has achieved planning permission for 74 new residential units in Queens Park, Brent.
The housing scheme, which has a working name of The Avenue, will see the construction of 33 one-bedroom apartments, 23 two-bedroom apartments, 18 three-bedroom apartments and onsite parking for 57 cars.
Designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, the 0.8 hectare site will be within walking distance of Brondesbury Park and Brondesbury rail stations as well as Queen’s Park underground station.
Following the plans being approved, Paul Eden, Joint Chief Executive Officer at Regal Homes, commented: “The Avenue is a very welcome addition to our property portfolio and we look forward to delivering yet another high quality scheme for London.
“As an expert London developer, The Avenue will benefit from our expert knowledge of developing prime sites in the capital.
Simon De Friend, Joint Chief Executive Officer, added: “Equipped with the necessary infrastructure to support a thriving community, Queens Park is set to attract further investment in the coming years, stimulating a buoyant local economy and benefiting the existing community.”
Construction is to commence in Q3 of this year with the first units to be completed by 2018.
