Show home opening proves huge success

North West housebuilder Oriel, part of the First Ark Group, opened the doors to its show home at its greatly anticipated first development, The Woodlands in Halewood, last weekend [23rd and 24th January 2016], receiving an overwhelming response.

The Woodlands offers 29 two and three bedroom detached and semi-detached houses for sale, and the show home launch proved to be of huge interest to over a hundred visitors looking for a new build home near Liverpool.

Based on the level of interest from families visiting last weekend, and the number of homes that were put on hold, Oriel is urging house hunters looking to buy a property at The Woodlands to visit the show home this weekend, or risk the disappointment of missing out on securing one of the homes.

The houses boast attractively finished gardens, two parking spaces and great links with local transport networks – including a 10-mile long cycle path into Liverpool City Centre – a huge advantage for working family members looking for options on their daily commute.

The three bed detached show home gave the weekend’s prospective buyers a glimpse of how life in a Woodlands home could look. With quality, contemporary kitchens and stylish bathroom suites, the show home has all the finishing touches to inspire families looking to find their dream home.
