Devote Associates Expands Estate with Property Website Launch

Stockport based design, print and website services company Devote Associates (www.devoteassociates.co.uk), has been responsible for designing and coding the new Urban Property Services website: urbanpropertyservices.co.uk.

The new website, which has been built from the ground up, has been made in a completely customised style for the Stockport based property specialists. For the project, Urban Property Services wanted a new website which would not only draw users but also improve user experience as users spend time browsing the site.

Simple and clear website navigation is a fundamental cornerstone of website creation and this is reflected in the easy-to-use menus and other features incorporated into its design. A contemporary look can be seen site-wide, with features such as picture galleries and geolocational tools integrated seamlessly.

Devote Associates created the website with both landlords and tenants in mind, keen to appeal to both groups – to work along with the entirety of Urban Property Services’ customer base. The site content stays focused, as it looks only at the rental market; rather than dividing its attention between both sales and lettings.

The website was coded by Devote Associate to encompass multiple device types. A fully functioning mobile site gives mobile users the chance to use the Urban Property Services website – rather than just offering a scaled down desktop version.

To accompany the new website release, Devote Associates also designed a vibrant new logo for Urban Property Services. All content on the website is brand new and has been SEO optimised: to make it straightforward for search engine users to find.

Two specific focus areas on the new website are the ‘Area Guides’ and ‘Property for Rent’ subsections. The Area Guide section uses interactive mapping features to allow tenants and landlords alike to research specific zones within the Greater Manchester area. The Property for Rent section allows users to find the latest properties in the Manchester area that are available for rent, using a variety of intelligent search parameters.
