Watch specialist Titan Black establishes headquarters in London's West End

Bespoke watch specialist, Titan Black, is to establish its global headquarters at London’s Duke Street in the West End.

The timepiece company has agreed to ten-year lease in the Town Centre Securities-owned property at 6 Duke Street, London which will see it occupy a 2,000 sq ft retail and office space that includes the lower ground, ground and first floors of the building.

Titan Black will utilise the retail unit as a new boutique while the office space will house its global headquarters.

The deal sees the Town Centre Securities property reaching full capacity, after the listed building was snapped up by the Leeds-based property developer last year for £3.1m. Since then, the building has undergone a £400k refurbishment of its office space and the restoration of its facade.

Titan Black Founder, Luke Waite, said: “The Titan Black brand has undergone rapid evolution in the past few years, with international expansion into Hong Kong, Ibiza, Monaco and Paris to name a few new locations.

“The new Duke Street headquarters and boutique will be the next step in the progression of the company, offering the perfect showcase for our exclusive range of watches and an exciting culmination of our growth as a cutting-edge design enterprise.

“We look forward to welcoming our clientele to the launch of our Hour House boutique later this year.”

Town Centre Securities are using the newly refurbished Duke Street property as a London base and support the expansion of the firm’s CitiPark business. Edward Ziff, Chairman and Chief Executive of Town Centre Securities PLC, was pleased to see the building reach full occupation and commented: “The opening of our London office last year was a major landmark for the company and has enabled us to manage CitiPark’s growth whilst monitoring investment opportunities in the London market.

“The investment into restoring the Duke Street property has resulted in full occupation of the building following the letting to Titan Black.”
