New development sees housebuilder invest over £18,000
Local housebuilder, David Wilson Homes, has demonstrated its on-going commitment to Anlaby and the Hull area this month, with the announcement of a significant investment of over £18,000 being made to the local community as part of its new Aspect development in Anlaby.
The investment has seen David Wilson Homes dedicate £3,500 in funds to help regulate traffic in the local area, with a further £15,390 being invested in public open space surrounding the new Aspect development – helping to protect the beauty of the local area for years to come.
Clare Reaney, Sales Manager at David Wilson Homes, commented: “David Wilson Homes has had a presence in Humberside for many years now, and over the years we have invested heavily in local communities to ensure we are building developments that benefit local people. Our Aspect development in Anlaby is no exception to this rule – we want the local community to feel the benefit of our development for years to come and understand that our homes need to be an extension of the already excellent community Anlaby has to offer. We believe these donations, along with plans to continue supporting the community moving forward, will help us to achieve just that.”
