Quickly Finance expands to Teesdale Business Park
Finance claims company Quickly Finance Limited has purchased an office block on Teesdale Business Park, Thornaby-on-Tees, for an undisclosed sum.
Teesside-based independent commercial property consultants Dodds Brown LLP has sold the freehold Acting on behalf of the Official Receiver and on a joint basis with DTZ’s Newcastle office.
Previously housing the contact centre for Churchill Insurance, Churchill House is a 33,000 sq ft, four-storey office block overlooking the park’s central basin.
Quickly Finance, which manages claims for mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) and Packaged Bank Accounts (PBA), is relocating staff from its operations at Christine House on Teesdale Business Park and from Billingham into Churchill House.
Stephen Brown, Dodds Brown senior partner, who has worked in commercial property on Teesside for more than 30 years, said: “It’s no surprise that Quickly Finance saw the opportunity to consolidate its operations at Teesdale Business Park.
“The disposal of Churchill House further reduces the availability of high quality accommodation at Teesdale Business Park, particularly of freehold buildings, but there are still opportunities for organisations to rent and purchase space there.”
