London property consultants awarded West One Shopping Centre contract
Specialist property consultancy firm Nash Bond has been confirmed as the sole agent for West One Shopping Centre on Oxford Street.
The London-based firm, who count Aviva, British Land and River Island among their clients, will provide agency and lease advisory work for the shopping centre.
West One Shopping Centre contains 45,500 sq ft of retail space and contains the first European outlet of the Middle Eastern retailer the Toy Store.
Following confirmation of the contract, Kelly Cragg, Director at Nash Bond, said: “It is a privilege to be working on West One Shopping Centre; our appointment reflects our excellent reputation as a London specialist.”
“The centre is uniquely positioned, benefiting from being located directly above Bond Street underground station, next to Mayfair’s only Crossrail station, and fronting Oxford Street.
“We will provide our renowned, high-quality retail property advice, and look forward to working with the West One team to enhance the retail offer.”
