Stamp duty paid at Liberty Green
A local housebuilder is making it easier than ever before for buyers in Hull to take their first step onto or move up the housing ladder. For a limited time only, Barratt Homes is offering to pay the stamp duty of anyone purchasing a new home at its Liberty Green development, making it possible for buyers to make a move to their dream home.
Buyers in the area can also take advantage of Barratt’s Home of the Week offer on the Drayton, a fantastic two-bed apartment that would make the perfect starter home for a first time buyer. The spacious apartment includes free carpets and free standing appliances, with Barratt offering to put £1,000 to the buyer’s legal fees to make it easier for them to move into the property.
Other homes on offer include the Finchley, a three-bedroom property with a fully-fitted kitchen and French doors opening out onto an attractive outdoor space.
Clare Reaney, Sales Manager at Barratt Homes, commented: “We know that many buyers in Hull are looking to make that all important first step onto or up the ladder, but struggle with the associated costs with moving home. That’s why we are trying to remove some of the barriers that buyers face by offering Stamp Duty Paid to anyone purchasing at Liberty Green, as well as a host of great offers on our Drayton property. We hope this will make it possible for buyers in Hull to make their move to what could be their dream property.”
