Housebuilder to open latest phase of Luton development
A leading UK housebuilder has announced plans to launch its latest phase of properties in Luton.
Industry leader Persimmon Homes North London is launching 74 properties on its Dallow Place development which will bring a range of two, three and four bedroom homes to the area.
Greg Kaye, head of sales at Persimmon Homes North London, said: “We are proud to announce plans for the latest phase of properties at Dallow Place, bringing more new homes to Luton.
“There are a range of homes available, meaning the development has something for everyone at different stages of life, from first time buyers looking to get on the property ladder, to growing families and investors.”
Located just one mile outside of Luton town centre, the development has excellent transport links and provides urban living in a thriving town.
Greg added: “By purchasing a new build home with Persimmon Homes, buyers may be eligible for the government’s purchasing scheme, Help to Buy.
“Help to Buy allows buyers to secure a brand new home with as little as a five per cent deposit, a mortgage of just 75% and the remaining 20% in the form of an interest free government loan, repayable in the same time period as the mortgage.
“Alternatively those who need to sell their current home will appreciate the ease of Persimmon’s Part Exchange scheme – this allows purchasers to move quickly and easily without the worry and headache of finding a buyer.”
Dallow Place has a range of amenities on its doorstep, with The Mall shopping centre being just over a mile away. There is also a wide selection of restaurants, bars, pubs, cafes and clubs.
