Redsun Developments acquires five-acre Bromborough site
Land acquisition and property design firm Redsun Developments has acquired a former power station site on the Wirral.
The five-acres of land, on Thermal Road in Bromborough, fall within Wirral International Business Park.
Redsun has now secured planning consent for development on the site and is currently seeking a main contractor.
The firm’s managing director, Craig Booton, said: “This is the best undeveloped site remaining at Wirral International Business Park and a site we’ve been working on for some time now. Wirral is a market we know very well.
“Everything we’ve developed in this area has been occupied within three months of completion, so we know there is a strong demand from the occupier market in this location.”
Work on the development, for which B8 Real Estate and Legat Owen are the agents, is due to begin in the coming months.
