Leisure group whose clients include Wagamama and Byron launch Action Against Hunger campaign
Restaurant Property, the London-based leisure specialists, have launched a long-term partnership with the charity Action Against Hunger.
The initiative will see the firm, which deals with restaurant acquisitions and disposals, asking its restaurant and leisure clients, who include the likes of Wagamama and burger chain Byron, for a £50 donation per invoice for the charity,
Action Against Hunger has most recently helped provide food for Syrian Refugees and was on the ground in Nepal following the earthquake there last year. The charity has over 30 years of expertise in emergency situations of conflict, natural disaster and chronic food insecurity.
Commenting on the new partnership, Founder & Agency Director at Restaurant Property, David Rawlinson, said: “We are proud to announce our support for Action Against Hunger.
“From our position at the centre of the restaurant trade, we hope to see the food and hospitality industry’s support & good work for Action Against Hunger continue & grow.”
Jean-Michel Grand, Executive Director at Action Against Hunger added: “Restaurant Property are a great addition to our partnerships in the restaurant industry.
“We recognise them as an important enabler of some of the best restaurant spaces around, and are thankful that each donation could help save the life of a child in one of our programmes worldwide.”
