Evonprint announces third Sussex Service Star winner!

Sussex based print, design and marketing specialist Evonprint is delighted to announce that Arvin Mirzadeh, Practice Principal and Dental Surgeon of Pulborough’s Vitality is the third winner of its Sussex Service Stars Awards.

Last year, the family-run printers launched its Sussex wide competition to find the county’s customer service stars, calling out for residents to nominate someone who has gone the extra mile to ensure their customers receive a top service.

Arvin was nominated for the award by his client Penny Wilson. Penny had previously been very nervous about visiting the dentist, often cancelling at the last minute due to her phobia. However, she found Arvin to be especially good with nervous patients and was reassured that the practice offers sedation if required.

Penny commented:

“I chose to nominate Arvin at Vitality as before I became a patient of his I’d always been terrified of going to the dentist. I first visited Vitality when I discovered they offered sedation which I felt I needed just to get me through the sheer terror! However, after a few visits, Arvin made me feel so comfortable and at ease that I no longer needed the sedation. He always takes the time to listen and explain procedures thoroughly, and has the patience of a saint!”

Commenting on his win, Arvin added:

“I couldn’t believe it when I was told I’d won this competition. I’m really happy to have helped Penny so much with her nerves at the dentist and always make my patients a priority, whatever their needs. I’d like to thank Penny for her kind words and Evonprint for the lovely hamper.”

Steve Rowland, Managing Director at Evonprint, commented:

“Congratulations to Arvin, who is clearly a deserving winner and thank you to Penny for making time to nominate him. We believe that excellent customer service in all types of businesses is extremely important. It’s very easy to judge poor service but those who strive to go the extra mile can often be overlooked which is why we enjoy rewarding those in the local community who deserve recognition.”
