Hastings development of 13 new luxury apartments reaches completion
Surrey property developer THS Homes Limited has announced the completion of its Highkiln development in Hastings.
The development, which was supported by a funding deal from Royal Bank of Scotland, consists of 13 brand new luxury apartments on the eastern edge of Hastings.
THS Homes, a family run boutique development company, has constructed 11 two-bedroom apartments and two three-bedroom penthouse apartments on the site which is located next to the village of Fairlight in East Sussex.
Adam Smith, Director of THS Homes Limited said: “We are really pleased that the development of Highkiln has now completed and that we are able to offer these exceptional new apartments for sale.
“They have been built to an exceptionally high standard and we have used quality materials and fittings throughout. Every apartment has an amazing view of the surrounding area, something that has proved very popular with our existing buyers.
“I’d like to thank Mike Flannery and the team at Royal Bank of Scotland for the funding they provided for this venture. We have worked alongside them for many years and they have been very supportive of our business and the projects we carry out.”
Mike Flannery, Relationship Director at Royal Bank of Scotland Real Estate Finance added: “We have worked with Adam for well over ten years and during that time have developed an excellent relationship with him.
“I am pleased that we have been able to support the development of Highkiln. THS Homes has created an exceptional new development that has already generated a great deal of interest from buyers in the local area.”
