Teesdale business performance startup branches out to Durham
Teesside business performance firm Prismatic Thinking has expanded to County Durham, opening a new office Aycliffe Industrial Park.
Managing Director Tony Slimmings, who established his company in June 2015, said that the move follows major contract wins and will consequently assist with reaching clients more easily.
The firm, which counts the North East Chamber of Commerce (NECC), Crystal Galleries, QA Weldtech in Middlesbrough and national logistics company Yearsley Group amongst its clients, specialises in improving business productivity, performance, staff motivation and career development.
Two of his seven-strong team will be based at the new office, found at St Cuthbert’s House, and Tony plans to create two further jobs at this site in the coming year. The rest of the team are based at Prismatic Thinking’s Stockton HQ, Teesdale.
Tony said: “I always planned to open a second office but not quite as quickly as this so it’s a great boost during our first year in business. Having an office in Stockton and also at Aycliffe allows us to cover the entire North East region easily and gives us great access to all major routes as we branch into Yorkshire too where we are getting many enquiries.
“Our aim is to be the go-to company for business improvement and business psychologists in the North of England as we offer exceptional expertise- usually only available in major cities such asLondon- at fair prices as we work with companies of all sizes.”
