Joint agents appointed to 31,250 sq ft Warrington business hub
Three new firms have been appointed as joint agents on 1200 Daresbury Park, a self-contained office building in Warrington.
Matthews & Goodman, the commercial property advisory firm, was selected for the task along with consultants Madison Commercial and Altus Eileen Bilton.
Comprising 31,250 sq ft of space across three levels, 1200 Daresbury includes tech firms Appsense and Vistorm, as well as healthcare business Virgin Care, among its current occupiers.
Daresbury Park, which covers 225 acres, offers a leisure club and conference facilities at the Daresbury Park Hotel.
Plans are in place to add new retail space, leisure facilities and a crèche at the development.
Advisor Steve Brittle of Matthews & Goodman’s national business space team said: “1200 Daresbury offers a great opportunity for occupiers looking to lease a high quality self-contained office building or individual floors of up to 10,000 sq ft of flexible space.
“A key benefit of the accommodation is its proximity to both Manchester and Warrington, coupled with superb transport links to the rest of the region.”
