Half a dozen deals sealed at Leeds city centre’s Brewery Wharf
All office space at Brewery Wharf, in Leeds city centre, is now fully let.
Property group Rushbond Plc, which owns and manages the mixed use development, has signed three new deals and renewed leases with another three Yorkshire businesses within the scheme.
New deals have been signed with the multi-disciplinary building consultancy firm Monaghans which has taken 5,500 sq ft, Calibre Recruitment, which has taken 2,700 sq ft and Great Ideas Group, a marketing agency that has taken 1,300 sq ft.
Existing tenants AHR Architects and engineering firm Buro Happold have also renewed their leases in newly re-sized units and Projex Building Solutions, which has now been at Brewery Wharf for 5 years, has agreed a new deal on 3,100 sq ft of space.
Paul Brewer from Projex said: “Instead of searching for somewhere else, that could accommodate our growing team, we were keen to stay at Brewery Wharf which offers a superb waterfront location, just a short walk from the city centre.
“Rushbond has worked hard to provide us with extra space to house our ever-expanding team and we are delighted with the result.”
Richard Baker, at Rushbond, added: “The office space at Brewery Wharf is very distinctive, flexible and provides a fabulous place to work with the very highest specification levels and a stunning waterfront setting alongside public spaces and a host of amenities on the doorstep.
“It was one of the City’s first true mixed-use developments, right in the heart of the South Bank, one of Europe’s largest city centre regeneration and growth projects. Letting all of the office space is a testament to the scheme’s popularity and economic growth in Leeds and the South Bank.”
