Sunrise & Raw Talent are at it again

Raw Talent Academy have partnered with Sunrise Associates Ltd yet again a year on from the first audition day. In early 2015 as the telecommunications solutions providers looked to expand their sales team. Following the Audition Day on the 5th February 2015 Sunrise offered positions to 6 of the candidates on the day! On this occasion Sunrise Associates are looking to hire another 5 individuals through Raw Talent’s audition day process.

The Audition Day

As always Raw Talent Academy plan to assist Sunrise Associates with its exciting growth plans by sourcing high calibre candidates to attend a bespoke audition day. Candidates will find out on the day whether they have secured a position with Sunrise Associates.

The Audition Day, run by Raw Talent Academy, will take place on 18th March 2016. Held at Stadium MK, the day will see the top 20 candidates undertake a series of real life business tasks while being assessed by Sunrise Associates’ senior management team as well as Raw Talent Academy assessors. The unique Audition Day process has been designed by Raw Talent Academy’s founder Lee McQueen to provide candidates with a platform to demonstrate their ability so that clients can judge the candidates based on what they can do and not what is on their CV.

McQueen also spoke saying; “It has been a real pleasure working with Sunrise in the past and I am confident this upcoming audition day is going to continue the strong partnership between the two organisations”
