Agents appointed to let more space at Teesdale Business Park
Over 16,000 sq ft of newly refurbished office space is being brought to market at Teesdale Business Park, situated in Thornaby-on-Tees, as more office space continues to become available in the area.
Landlord the Whitfield Group has appointed Teesside property agents Dodds Brown and Knight Frank to let the St Mark’s House space, which reportedly has the capacity to house 160 new jobs.
The appointment of the agents follows a £60,000 refurbishment of the site, undertaken by the Property and Facilities Management Team at Dodds Brown.
St Mark’s House is a three storey office building, based in close proximity to Stockton Town Centre. Dodds Brown is marketing a number of office buildings on Teesdale Business Park.
Stephen Brown, Dodds Brown senior partner who has worked in commercial property on Teesside for more than 30 years, said: “We are delighted that the owners of St Mark’s House have recognised our hard work and recent marketing successes both at this building and at other properties on Teesdale Business Park.
Rebecca Maddison, Office Agency Surveyor at Knight Frank’s Newcastle office, says: “Up to 160 new jobs could be created by any organisation relocating into this prestigious office space at Teesdale Business Park.
“With its location on the stunning River Tees waterfront site, easy access via the A66 and A19, generous car parking and its on-site facilities, it’s no wonder that the business park has attracted a host of premium occupiers such as Barclaycard and Durham University.”
