Barratt Developments Yorkshire West relocates to new Leeds head office
Housebuilder Barratt Developments Yorkshire West, which includes both Barratt and David Wilson Homes, has relocated to new premises at Capitol Park in Leeds, following a period of continued success and staff growth.
The new office at Raynham House provides the local housebuilder with more space for its expanding team following a series of hires over the past year.
The head office premises is now home to over 80 staff members, offering Barratt the flexibility for continued expansion, as the housebuilding market within the region continues to grow.
Over the past year the team at Barratt Developments Yorkshire West has grown by around 15%, while the housebuilder expects to further expand its team within the region upon the opening of its 2016 Apprenticeship Scheme later this month, when a further five team members are set to be appointed across different departments of the business later this year.
Ian Ruthven, managing director at Barratt Developments Yorkshire West, said: “These are very exciting times for us at Barratt Yorkshire West.
“Over that past year we have invested in growing and developing our team, which has culminated in us sourcing our new offices. Our new home at Capitol Park offers us a space for our growing team, while also allowing easy access for all our staff who work here at our head office, along with team members who spend time at our developments throughout the region.”
The newly developed Capitol Park development boasts great transport links to the local area due to its location just off Junction 28 of the M62 and its close proximity to Leeds City Centre.
