First Coach ever to win the triple!
A Hull and East Yorkshire-based award-winning businesswoman is the first ever business coach to win three coveted top gongs all in the same year.
Pam Featherstone became a franchisee for business coaching chain ActionCOACH in 2012 and, in the last 4 years, has helped hundreds of business owners across Hull, East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire achieve their goals.
Her recently won “UK Coach of the Year” award now stands proudly alongside her other accolades won in the last 12 months – ActionCOACH “Global Coach of the Year” and ActionCOACH “EMEA Coach of the Year” (Europe, Middle East and Africa). She is also the first person from the UK to ever win “Global coach” status in the 23 years of the brand’s history.
Past awards include those for “Best Client Results” and “Most Improved Franchisee.”
With turnover set to grow by almost 50% over the next year, Pam, is certainly at the top of her game.
Pam Featherstone said:
“I am both honoured and humbled to have received these fantastic awards. I really can’t take all the credit though! None of this would be possible without my clients who work so hard growing their own businesses. Their success is my success. I am congruent with the methods and strategies which I share with my clients and I follow my own coaching system because it produces great results. It is so rewarding to see the coaching work for my clients both in their business and for them personally and take them forward from where they are to reaching the goals they want to achieve.”
As a result of her award-winning ways, Pam is now has the opportunity to work with business owners and train other coaches from all over the world and already has dates set for numerous conferences and talks throughout this coming year.
