SME enterprise experts GLE Group acquire consultancy group
Provider of SME investment and support GLE Group has announced it is to acquire governance and risk management consultancy Kingston Smith Consulting (KSC) LLP.
The deal will see the London-based investment firm absorb KSC, who are part of the Kingston Smith group of chartered accountants and business advisors, and their expertise in governance, risk management and compliance.
GLE, who invest directly in SMEs and through equity funds, will provide expanded consultancy services to its current UK and international clients through the newly created GLE Consulting arm.
Chris Manson, Chief Executive Officer of GLE Group, commented: “We are delighted to announce this acquisition and to welcome the KSC business into the GLE Group.
“The newly formed GLE Consulting will offer the transferring KSC employees the opportunity to flourish in their new roles and actively contribute to a growing area of GLE Group.”
