Award Winning Event Returns to the North East
The triple award winning Manufacturing & Engineering North East exhibition and conference in Newcastle is now open for visitors to pre-register. The inaugural Manufacturing & Engineering North East in 2015 attracted more than 1300 design engineering and manufacturing professionals to the region to see, hear and discuss the latest engineering and manufacturing developments. Having won three events industry awards, the 2016 event will build on that success and once again bring the best of British industry to the Northern Powerhouse.
Manufacturing & Engineering North East will comprise three key elements: keynote conference sessions from industry leaders, practical workshops and an exhibition giving access to market leading suppliers covering the full range of design, production and manufacturing. The first class conference line-up includes representatives from Hitachi Rail, AMRC TC, the IMechE and the North East Automotive Alliance plus many more.
Visitors to the inaugural event were enthusiastic, with a production engineer from Progress Rail Services UK saying, “A local event but world renowned named suppliers, the latest technology on display for manufacturers and very informative.”
The show gives visitors from the North of England and Scotland a great opportunity to source new global suppliers, test equipment, acquire expert knowledge and forge new supply chain relationships at one time efficient event.
