Dukinfield-based Bardsley selected for £3.3m apartment scheme
Bardsley Construction has been chosen to work on a £3.3m project to create 32 apartments in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire.
The scheme, set to be delivered on the site of the former Parkway Hotel, is Dukinfield-based Bardsley’s first with Bolton housebuilder Westby Homes.
As part of the project, Bardsley will demolish the hotel buildings on Fairhaven Road before constructing a four-storey site along with landscaping and car parking facilities.
Ged Rooney, the procurement director at Bardsley, said: “Our first appointment by Westby Homes provides concrete evidence of the benefits of our longstanding and hard-earned reputation for the delivery of high quality residential developments for the private and public sectors throughout the North West of England and we look forward to securing further contracts in the region.”
Founded in 1964, today Bardsley has a turnover of more than £50m.
The Lytham St Annes scheme is due for completion in Spring 2017.
