Award winning estate agent recruits new manager
Holmfirth based estate agency, Applegate Properties are delighted to announce they have recruited a new office manager to help support the company’s rapid growth, following their award winning year in 2015.
Since the company was first founded in 2010, Applegate Properties have had considerable success, quickly becoming one of the fastest growing estate agents in Huddersfield. Being one of the few licensed ARLA and NAEA agents in the area, Applegate Properties are renowned for their high levels of customer service and proactive ethos in both lettings and sales. The company’s achievements have also been recognised in the property industry with a succession of award wins including the Bronze Award for Best Agency in Yorkshire and The Humber at the inaugural 2015 Negotiator Awards.
Most recently Lisa Blackburn has joined the Applegate Properties team as office manager, the new role will involve overseeing all office responsibilities, supporting existing staff in their roles and supporting Managing Director Amy Wray with growth and development enabling Amy to maintain her role as head valuer which often keeps her on the road all day. Lisa brings with her a whole wealth of experience and knowledge having over 16 years’ experience.
Amy commented; “I am delighted to have Lisa on board, after a short period of time she has fitted in really well. Lisa has already brought a huge amount of support to the company and will play a vital role within the company’s future growth”.
Amy also praised all the staff members at Applegate Properties, two of whom are completing apprenticeships and are each working towards long-term careers with the company.
Lisa is keen to work in a dynamic environment and commented “I am both eager and excited to begin a new career challenge at Applegate Properties. With over 16 years’ experience in the industry, I hope that I can bring my wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.”
