re-form's CGI for the next phase of the University of Lincoln's public realm masterplan

re-form landscape architecture to deliver campus masterplans for two universities

Public realm design firm re-form landscape architecture has been chosen to deliver the next phase of masterplans at two universities.

The company, which has offices in Manchester and Leeds, added to its growing higher education portfolio after securing the projects with Nottingham Trent University and the University of Lincoln.

re-form first put together a strategic masterplan for Nottingham Trent University five years ago, including designs for the university’s £22m ‘heart of the campus’ development.

Now, re-form has revealed the first images of the development’s next phase, which comprises public space around a new student park along with routes linking it to the ‘heart of the campus’. The work is due to commence later this year.

Meanwhile, re-form has also been selected to deliver the next phase of the University of Lincoln’s landscape masterplan.

The firm will refurbish a public square at the university while enhancing public realm and routes linking the Brayford Pool campus with the new 31-acre Lincoln Science and Innovation Park.

re-form director Guy Denton said: “Having worked with both universities for several years now on public realm and campus masterplans, it’s fantastic to continue our involvement and to see our concepts brought to life.”

Employing a team of 13, re-form has a background of delivering public realm schemes for the UK’s higher education sector. Previous clients have included the University of Liverpool, Preston College and the University of Leeds.
