The Property Franchise Group pairs with UK's biggest mortgage broker for new financial arm
The UK’s largest property franchisor The Property Franchise Group is pairing with mortgage broker London & Country to launch a new financial arm.
The group, parent company of property firms including Martin & Co, Whitegates and Ellis & Co, is partnering with the UK’s biggest mortgage broker to provide mortgages across the whole market.
With over 287 offices across the country, the Property Franchise Group hopes to make its franchises a ‘one stop shop’ for buying, selling and mortgaging properties.
Ian Wilson, Chief Executive Officer of The Property Franchise Group said: “We are delighted to have entered into a partnership with London & Country and we can now offer our clients an efficient financial services solution anywhere in the UK.
“We chose telephone and web fulfilment because people are busy and do not find it convenient to attend long meetings with mortgage advisors.
“Once you are a customer you can track the progress of your case online. You know the mortgage is the best in the market for your needs and you will pay no fee for the advice.”
Phillip Cartwright, Managing Director of London & Country commented: “Our partnership with The Property Franchise Group is mutually beneficial and we are delighted to be associated with the UK’s largest property franchisor.
“They have one of the biggest client bases in the sector and we are looking forward to helping their customers take advantage of our award winning, fee free service.”
