Club La Santa hosts its first Pilates Week
Club La Santa, the number one sports and active holiday resort, based in Lanzarote, will launch its first Pilates Week for guests from 24 – 30 June 2016.
Fitness expert Emma Gibbins who has 15 years’ experience working as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor and Pilates and Yoga teacher will host the Pilates Week.
Suitable for beginner and intermediate levels, the sessions will focus on improving alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.
Claire Dyson, Head of Club La Santa UK, commented: “This is the perfect programme for anyone who loves Pilates or wants to try it for the first time. Emma Gibbins has been delivering classes at Club La Santa for 10 years and has a lot of experience and knowledge so we’re really excited that she’s hosting our first Pilates Week.”
Guests will be able to choose from three sessions per day including themed classes in Pilates and Reformer, Aerial Pilates, BodyBalance, Stretch and Relaxation.
Places are limited so early booking is advisable to avoid disappointment. Please note that the camp is restricted to guests staying at Club La Santa.
