Lambert Smith Hampton bags 1,500,000 sq ft in North West instructions
The North West property and asset management team at Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has announced its fifth industrial instruction in the last three months, with the five projects together totalling almost 1,500,000 sq ft.
The new instructions will see the national real estate consultancy estate managing five properties across Crewe, Altrincham, Liverpool, Widnes and Haydock for three clients.
A distribution warehouse comprising 550,000 sq ft and another of 365,000 sq ft, as well as a 150,000 sq ft unit, are among the properties.
LSH is also managing two multi-let estates made up of 29 and 17 units, covering over 370,000 sq ft of space.
The head of LSH’s 10-strong, North West-based property and asset management team, Paul Jolley, said: “We are seeing that institutional investors remain very keen to invest in both new build and secondary industrial property in the North West.
“We’re subsequently picking up instructions due to our strong track record in delivering a high quality bespoke service.”
Lambert Smith Hampton operates regional offices in Liverpool and Manchester.
