Barratt Developments North East appoints new Finance Manager
Barratt Developments PLC’s North East division, which includes both Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes, has appointed Gavin Healy as its new Finance Manager in the North East, based at the Newcastle headquarters. Having previously worked across a number of different industries including transport, local government, gaming and pub retailing, this is Gavin’s’ first role in the construction industry.
Previously, Gavin, 47, worked as a Financial Controller, running the financial department for a family owned recruitment business. In his new role Gavin, from Gateshead, will be supporting the Financial Director and the financial team across the Barratt Developments North East division.
Gavin Healy, Finance Manager for Barratt Developments North East, commented: “I am really pleased to be joining such a successful team here at Barratt Developments and am looking forward to supporting the financial team to ensure that the wide range of developments across the North East are a success.”
