Teesside property firm reappointed to market Teesdale Business Park's Victoria House
A Teesside firm has been reappointed to market a 4,135 sq ft of office space at Teesdale Business Park, which could create up to 40 new jobs when the space is let.
Independent commercial property consultants Dodds Brown LLP and Cushman Wakefield, acting on behalf of new owner Addison Capital, are seeking to let space at two suites, spanning 2,458 sq ft and 1,857 sq ft on the ground and first floor respectively, at the park’s Victoria House on Teesdale Business Park.
Dodds Brown’s re-appointment as marketing agent follows its letting a further 2,000 sq ft of office space at the site to Interbulk, an incumbent tenant international logistics company
Stephen Brown, Dodds Brown senior partner, said: “We are delighted that the new owners of Victoria House have recognised our hard work and recent marketing successes both at this building and at other properties on Teesdale Business Park.
“Up to 40 new jobs could be created by any organisation relocating into this prestigious office space at Teesdale Business Park.
“With its location on the stunning River Tees waterfront site, easy access via the A66 and A19, generous car parking and its on-site facilities, it’s no wonder that the business park has attracted a host of premium occupiers such as Barclaycard and Durham University.
