Sovini Property Services appointed to five frameworks
Maintenance and construction firm Sovini Property Services has been appointed to five frameworks by Lancashire County Council and regeneration services organisation Fusion21.
The Merseyside-based firm, part of Sovini Group, was chosen by Lancashire County Council for a number of its frameworks covering Chorley and West Lancashire, including Mechanical, Construction and Electrical.
Sovini was also selected for Fusion21’s Installation Works Framework, a UK-wide planned maintenance framework worth as much as £300m over a four-year period, as well as its Servicing, Maintenance and Installation of Heating Systems Framework, which is worth up to £200m.
Sovini Property Services’ managing director, Phil Pemberton, said: “To be successful on five frameworks within the space of a few weeks is a fantastic achievement for the business.
“We have surpassed our financial targets this year, and the business as well as our reputation has grown exponentially as showcased by these accomplishments.”
Launched in 2010, the company has grown to employ more than 200 people and has a turnover of £20m.
The procurement manager at Fusion21, Nick Verburg, commented: “Part of our evaluation process measured the ability of bidders to deliver social value – and so Fusion21 members accessing these frameworks will benefit from working with contractors and suppliers who are committed to the creation and delivery of social value in local communities.”
