Mold firms launch new venture with vision of streamlining services management

Three leading North Wales firms have joined forces to launch a new venture, which will streamline business’ facilities management needs.

Executive Integrated Services (EIS), Jackson Fire & Security, Delyn Safety have launched Lewis Managed Services (LMS), a new full-service facilities management company.

LMS combines more than 35 years’ industry experience shared between the three businesses, providing a one-stop shop for an extensive range of facilities management expertise.

The new company, which will operate from the Bromfield Industrial Estate in Mold, Flintshire, draws upon its three founding organisations’ expertise in facilities management, fire and security, and health and safety support services.

Services include a full range of building maintenance services, fire and security system management, mechanical and electrical capability, and health and safety support and training.

Mike Lewis, managing director of LMS, said: “The joint venture enables LMS to combine resources and expertise, which in turn provides our clients with access to more products and services.

“This in turn allows us to better focus our knowledge and experience to each of our customers’ specific needs, allowing them to concentrate on their core business.”

Steve Jackson, managing director of Jackson Fire & Security, said: “Our customers are increasingly looking to find a single trusted supplier for all of their facilities management needs, both for hard services like fire and intruder alarm system maintenance and soft services like cleaning or ground maintenance.

“By forming LMS, we’re combining the three respective business’ expertise and knowledge, allowing us to better address our customers’ individual needs.

“As a comprehensive one-stop shop for facilities management, we can work with businesses to handle all of their requirements, or compliment an in-house facilities manager to support their work.”
