Kuwait Airways jets in to newly refurbished Heathrow office scheme
Middle Eastern airline Kuwait Airways has secured the first letting at the new Heathrow Boulevard office development.
The airline has taken 8,416 sq ft on the ground floor at the newly refurbished, three-storey 1 Heathrow Boulevard office building on a 10-year lease.
The development, which is owned by serviced office provider Orbit Developments (Southern), is part of a five office campus that also boasts Lufthansa, Swiss International Airlines and the British Airline Pilots Association as occupiers.
It marks the first letting at 1 Heathrow Boulevard, which still has 27,370 sq ft of office space to let, and provides businesses with immediate access to the M4 and M25 as well as Heathrow Airport.
Montagu Evans and De Souza acted as joint letting agents on the deal, while commercial real estate firm Colliers acted on behalf of Kuwait Airways.
