Marketing agency moves to new Headingley headquarters

Principal Communications, the full service marketing communications group, has moved to new offices in Headingley, Leeds.

The company, which employs more than 70 people and specialises in web design and build, digital marketing, advertising, media planning and buying and market research, has moved from Roundhay to White Rose House.

NGC Networks, the Wakefield-based business communications specialist, installed voice and data connections at the new office, alongside a new Avaya IP500 business telephony solution. It also migrated phone numbers to ensure there was no interruption in service.

Andrew Douglas, IT director at Principles Communications, said: “The new building required modernisation to turn it into an attractive working environment for our team but we’re all delighted with the new headquarters.

“As a communications business, it is critical that our phones and internet are reliable. NGC ensured that everything was in place ahead of the moving day.

“The new phone system gives us much more functionality, such as voicemail to email and extra connectivity for remote working. It is also a highly flexible system that enables us to add more users as the business grows.”

Dean Harrop, NGC Networks director, added: “We have worked with Principles Communications for 10 years, during which time the business has grown considerably.

“Our work ensured they had a seamless transition to their new office. The technology we have installed will enable staff to stay connected wherever they are working and will support the future development of the business.”
