NCC Group recognised with Award for Red Teaming
NCC Group, the global cyber security and risk mitigation specialist, has been named the recipient of the 2016 European Product Leadership Award for red team-based penetration testing.
Arjun Sreekumar, research analyst at Frost & Sullivan, said, “NCC Group stands out from its competitors due to its ability to emulate real world threat actors and create advanced, realistic attack scenarios.”
“Frost & Sullivan appreciates how NCC Group does not adopt a one-size-fits-all approach towards evaluating cyber resilience.”
“Every exercise is tailored after evaluating the industry, nature, and working practices of the organisation and its business processes. The Group’s services have the versatility of being able to scale up and down, according to the complexity of the challenge and the diversity of the client’s institutional framework,” he concluded.
Robert Horton, European MD of Security Consulting at NCC Group, said he is delighted that the Group’s red teaming services have been acknowledged.
He added, “The award demonstrates to employees, customers, investors, and the public that the Group is superior in the red team-based penetration testing space.”
Frost & Sullivan’s Best Practices awards recognise companies in a variety of regional and global markets for outstanding achievement in areas such as leadership, technological innovation, customer service, and product development. Industry analysts compare market participants and measure performance through in-depth interviews, analysis, and extensive secondary research.
