Buyer sought for ‘substantial’ Wirral farm attraction worth £2.25m
A 60-acre farm on the Wirral has been put up for sale with a guide price of £2.25m.
Acting for a private client, estate agent Savills has been instructed to bring Church Farm in the village of Thurstaston to market.
Formerly a working farm, today the site is a visitor attraction encompassing a shop, mini golf, tractor rides, pedal go-karts, lavender maze and an indoor beach and picnic area.
Additionally, Church Farm houses a visitor café, equestrian facilities, a caravan site and a five-bed owner’s house.
Savills’ associate director for leisure and trading, Richard Prestwich, commented: “This is a fantastic opportunity to acquire a well-established business that is generating income from multiple sources.
“The picturesque location of this substantial property, with it’s excellent views over the Dee Estuary, further adds to the attraction of this asset and we are expecting the sale to generate a high amount of interest.”
Church Farm’s current vendor has owned the land for more than 24 years.
