Shipley care company to recruit 50 following relocation

A West Yorkshire-based care company is recruiting 50 new carers after expanding into larger premises and bringing its training services in-house.

Established in 2010, Care Dynamics provides personal care and social support and staff to health and social care organisations across Yorkshire.

The Quality Care Commission-registered company also offers training to care professionals and people new to the care sector.

After experiencing rapid growth over the past six years, the company, which now registers more than 100 staff on its books, has expanded into larger facilities on Otley Road, Shipley using a six-figure loan from Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking.

The new centre has enabled Care Dynamics to bring its training services in-house. By reducing expenditure on outsourced training, the business now has the capacity to recruit for 50 carers, win more healthcare contracts and expand its services across Yorkshire.
