An austerity survival guide for public service managers has become a number one best selling book - as the sector continues to face unprecedented budget cuts. Mike Gill, 54, is originally from the North East and now works predominantly in London and Edinburgh. He has been a business consultant for over 25 years , working with more than 200 public sector organisations to improve the efficiency of services and deliver transformation.
