Warrington property deals signal growing industrial activity

Warrington’s industrial property market picked up speed this week with the completion of two deals totalling 26,000 sq ft and the launch of a new distribution facility.

The Manchester-based industrial agency team of real estate firm CBRE completed a 10-year lease deal with vehicle body conversion business Brit-Tipp Limited, which snapped up 10,722 sq ft of space at Kingsland Grange.

Additionally, the CBRE team signed drinks dispensary firm Three Nations Ltd up for 15,653 sq ft, also on a 10-year lease, at the Heaton Court industrial scheme near Birchwood.

The deals follow the market launch of Unit 15 at Chesford Grange, a detached 21,430 sq ft warehouse facility with offices on two levels.

CBRE’s Manchester-based associate director, Andrew Farrer, commented: “The lease to Brit-Tipp and the launch to market of the refurbished Chesford Grange unit demonstrate the appeal of this key logistics area within Greater Manchester and the Heaton Court deal further confirms local occupier activity.

“The investment into Unit 15 Chesford Grange has created a modern unit which is strategically located to serve the whole of the North West region and beyond.”
