New boutique fitness studio to open in London's West End
Boutique fitness destination Another_Space is to open its first UK studio at Seven Dials in the West End.
The fitness studio, which is headed up by Psycle founder and Third Space Chief Executive Officer Colin Waggett, will offer fitness classes including power yoga, cycling and high intensity interval training at the 7,582 sq ft site on Tower Street.
Opening on the 5 May, it will be the first exclusively leisure outlet to open at the high-end shopping and lifestyle district.
Commenting on the launch of Another Space at Seven Dials, Colin Waggett, said: “Another_Space is the next generation of health and fitness innovation, providing a carefully selected unique combination of complementary classes in one state of the art studio.
“Another_Space provides the perfect answer for those people wanting the boutique studio experience, but also want variety and cross training benefits, for better results and sustained motivation.
“We wanted to provide customers with this experience in a central location, and Seven Dials is in the heart of London and the perfect choice for us to showcase this new concept.”
JLL and Shakleton acted for Seven Dials and Cushman Wakefield represented Another_Space in the deal.
Shaftesbury’s Portfolio Executive, Charles Owen, commeneted: “We wanted our first pure leisure offer at Seven Dials to reflect the fashion and dining brands and Another_Space is an exciting new addition which will certainly be a focal point for the local residents and office workers in the surrounding area.”
