Letting Success at Pagefield

Acting on behalf of Timetoken Limited, Nolan Redshaw can now confirm the site at Pagefield Industrial Estate, Wigan is now fully let.

A recent letting of 10,000 sq ft at the site now means the 130,000 sq ft site is now fully let.

Jonathan Pickles, Surveyor at Nolan Redshaw, said: “We were delighted to assist Timetoken as we acquired the site for them last year.

“The voids have now been filled and which significantly enhances their investment.”
