Property letting and investment specialists open new HQ at Sheffield's Fox Valley
South Yorkshire lettings and investment specialist the Lettings Room and its sister company the Investment Room has opened its new headquarters at north Sheffield’s Fox Valley development.
Founded in 2007 with branches in Sheffield and Barnsley, the company has expanded its administration, accounts and management team to a brand new 1,245 sq. ft. office at Samuel House at Fox Valley.
As part of the expansion, four new members of staff are being taken on at the NEW Samuel House headquarters.
The Lettings Room and the Investment Room were founded by husband and wife Lee and Julie Jones.
Lee, managing director of The Investment Room, said: “We have been looking for a new base somewhere in between our Barnsley and Sheffield offices and this is the perfect location for us.
“This move has enabled us to work much more effectively and to manage our resources across our three offices, it also puts us in a better position to expand our team and we will be taking on four new members of staff over the next few weeks.”
Samuel and Maria House at Fox Valley are now fully let and there’s a high level of interest in the office space at Harry Brearley House above one of the retail blocks at the new town centre development.
Dave Hale, development surveyor at Fox Valley developers Dransfield Properties, commented: “We are really pleased to be welcoming the team at the Investment Room and The Lettings Room to Samuel House – we’re delighted they have chosen to move to Fox Valley as part of their expansion plans and wish them all the very best in their new premises.
“The high level of interest we’ve had in the new offices here at Fox Valley is testament to this part of north Sheffield as a great location for growing businesses. With the new link road to the A616 the centre has great access to the M1 and the whole region.”
As well as brand new office space, the Fox Valley development is delivering new retail, café and restaurant units bringing a wide range of national retailers as well as independent stores.
A new 600 space town centre car park and landscaped peace gardens area are also part of the scheme - Fox Valley retail will be officially opened on June 16th.
