Creative studio NoChintz bolsters Northern footprint with new commercial projects

Manchester-based interior design and branding firm NoChintz has strengthened its commercial market footprint after snapping up a raft of projects across the North.

The firm recently completed its work on designing the Manchester offices of property company Henry Boot Developments, in addition to two briefs for North East student accommodation provider Urban Study

Discussing the projects, NoChintz director Leanne Wookey commented: “We are passionate about forward-thinking, pioneering office designs which help bring to life workspaces that can facilitate the working patterns of modern businesses.

“We are proud that these latest projects demonstrate how we have fused modern design trends with the needs and briefs of each of our clients.”

Elsewhere, NoChintz has delivered interiors for import firm Innovation Imports’ new base at the Tempest Building in Liverpool. NoChintz secured the project after being recommended by the building’s owner, commercial property developer Capital & Centric.

Speaking further, Leanne said: “We have evolved our relationship with Capital and Centric greatly this past year and are delighted they are recommending our services to tenants – as was the case with this project.”

NoChintz has also been appointed to revamp the entrance approach and interior spaces at the offices of landscape architects Planit-IE.

Pete Swift, a joint managing partner of Planit-IE, said: “As designers we look to work with like-minded creatives that understand how to create environments that communicate our culture and values.

“It was a pleasure to work with NoChintz and witness how effectively the team has interpreted the brief to bring our studio to life.”

Following the raft of commercial appointments, NoChintz’s operations director, Dominic Beardwell, is positive about the firm’s prospects.

He commented: “Our commercial portfolio continues to grow and we relish each new opportunity in the sector; be that creating showhomes, workspaces or communal spaces.”
