Redbrik unveils plans to open fifth office in Sheffield’s new Krynkl development
Redbrik Estate Agency is set to expand with the opening of a fifth office within the Sheffield City Region.
Established in 2013, Redbrik will move into a unit within the new Krynkl development at Kelham Island, which will open later this year.
The Krynkl development is a the first of its kind in Sheffield as it has been constructed from shipping containers.
Mark Ross, director at Redbrik Estate Agency, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have secured our fifth sales and lettings office in such a fantastic location within the City.
“The Krynkl development provides us with a fun and vibrant place to work and is very much in line with the Redbrik brand and ethos.
Fellow director Peter Lee, commented: “We are passionate about city and town centre living and Kelham Island is a real property hot spot right now with lots of new exciting developments and city centre living opportunities.
“We pride ourselves on innovation and we are looking forward to opening our doors at Krynkl this autumn.”

In addition to Redbrik, the tenants already committed to Krynkl include Trib3 gym, Joro by the Milestone, Bunker Unisex Hair Salon, Sports Physio and Massage and a Superheroes shop.
