Two chefs bringing new Berber & Q shawarma bar to Farringdon

Property agents Shelley Sandzer have announced that a new outlet of Berber & Q Shawarma Bar is coming to Farringdon.

Opening in late June, the new restaurant is the second Berber & Q to open in the capital from the two chefs, Josh Katz and Mattia Bianchi, joining the first outlet in East London.

The new 1,500 sq ft site will be located at 46 Exmouth Market and feature space for 40 covers, serving the restaurant’s mix of North African and Middle Eastern shawarma dishes.

Following the announcement Josh Katz, commented: “Our second central London location was very important for us and the appointment of Shelley Sandzer as advisors was pivotal. Their track record of helping brands like ours expand meant we felt in very safe hands from the outset and we look forward to opening at Exmouth Market.”

Sandzer have also secured a new site for burger bar Patty & Bun, who have taken an 805 st fq split-level property at 36 Redchurch Street, taking its presence in the capital to five restaurants.
