Housebuilder invests in Yorkshire to address demand for new homes
As the demand for new homes continues to rise in the region, Miller Homes has signficantly invested in bringing new developments to Yorkshire.
The housebuilder will open the doors to four new developments this year and - across all its sites which range from Harrogate, Gainsborough, Cottingham and Eastburn - almost 400 homes are scheduled to be constructed in the region.
Steve McElroy, sales director Miller Homes Yorkshire, said: âWe take great pride in bringing quality homes to the people of Yorkshire in areas which support a variety of lifestyles from rural communities to city centre locations.
âOur properties range from one bedroom apartments up to five bedroom executive homes and this great cross section of property choice continues in our newest developments.“
Miller Homes currently has developments located in Stonebridge Fold, East Ardsley; Privas Court, Wetherby; Harlow One, Harrogate; Flaxton Court, Bradford and Lindley Park, Lindley. A further three developments at Eastburn, Apperley Bridge and Harrogate will open during 2016.
Properties currently available range from one bedroom apartments priced from£69,995 to five bedroom luxury homes priced at £830k.
Steve added: âThe latest report by the National Housing Federation (NHF) shows that less than 47% of new homes required in the Yorkshire and Humber region are being constructed.
âAnd, whilst we canât solve this problem singlehandedly, we are determined to play a significant part in alleviating the issue and bring quality new homes to the region.“
