Love Energy Savings prepares for growth with new Bolton office

Energy comparison firm Love Energy Savings has doubled its North West footprint after moving into a new office in Bolton.

The company, which is on track to become a £10m-turnover business by the end of 2016, confirmed that the office move comes as a result of rapid growth experienced over the last 12 months.

Love Energy Savings has relocated its team from Unit 1a at the Springfield Court office site on Summerfield Road to the larger, newly fitted out Unit 2, calling on Bolton-based design agency Arena Creative to transform the space into a modern working environment.

Phil Foster, Love Energy Savings’ managing director, said: “Our workforce has more than doubled in the last year and we are still recruiting in and around the local area, hoping to attract the best of North West talent to our business.

“The new office plays a large part in symbolising our commitment to employee engagement, something we take very seriously here at Love Energy Savings.”

He added: “We hope the modern décor and quirky design will reflect the creative and fun environment we encourage here and inspire our employees on a daily basis.”

Earlier this week, Love Energy Savings announced the appointment of a new compliance officer to help the firm’s heads of department adhere to industry rules.

A spokesperson for the building’s owner, K3 Estates, commented: “[We] are delighted to have Love Energy as a tenant in the newly refurbished offices, allowing their staff to benefit from improved facilities and the company to continue its growth in line with its ambitious strategy.

“The move is part of a wider scheme by K3 Estates, in conjunction with K3 Capital Group, that will see KBS Corporate, a leading company sales specialist, move onto the site in the coming weeks, bringing an additional 100 staff to the site.”

The spokesperson added: “With a proposed café and business centre for local startups, this will be a real boost for employment in the area and transform the business park into a thriving enterprise park with excellent catering and leisure facilities.”
