Coworking space for startups opens flagship building in heart of Camden Market

The new flagship Atrium building has opened today at Camden coworking and networking space Interchange

Complementing the organisation’s two-floor Triangle building, also located at Camden Market, the new space will provide a further 600 desks for startups and entrepreneurs and bring Interchange’s footprint in Camden to 84,000 sq ft.

Spread over four floors, the complex’s 600 workstations are also complemented by a court yard, events space, restaurant, innovation lab, with a gym planned for later this year.

The workspace provider has also pledged support and advice to businesses and entrepreneurs through networking events, as well as direct access to industry experts and investors, across its Camden buildings.

Commenting on today’s launch, Managing Director, Vanessa Butz, said: “Since the opening of our first Camden-based coworking space, Triangle, at the end of last year, Interchange has experienced high demand from both new and more established businesses and has had some fantastic tenants move in across a variety of sectors, including retail, healthcare, fintech and design.”

A number of tenants have already been confirmed for the new space, including Cisco’s disruptive technology business Cisco Create, event recommendation app Fever Up and FinTech startup Satago.

Vanessa added: “In fact, demand has been so strong, Atrium is launching with over 50% of the space already pre-let and will offer further state-of-the-art coworking for Interchange tenants, as well as strengthen the startup ecosystem in the local area.”
